Returns
How many days do I have to return an item I have purchased online?
Products brought online from Shoreline Bathrooms & Tiles can be returned within 14 days from the day in which you receive your item. Goods can only be returned if they are in its original packaging, unused, undamaged and fit for immediate re sale.
How do I return my order?
If you want to return any items from your order please contact us by email at:

Once we receive your request, we will then inform you of any charges and instructions needed. If you have any other questions, please contact our customer service team.
How can I check my return status?
Once the item has been returned to us the refund will be processed. All refunds will be returned to the same payment method used from the initial purchase. Please contact our customer service team If you have any queries regarding your refund and we will be happy to assist you in resolving any issues.
How long does it take to receive a refund to my account after I have sent back my return?
Refunds can take 14-20 working days from the time you returned your items until you receive the money back to your original payment method.
Can I exchange a product bought online?
We do offer exchanges however there will be the added cost of delivery for each exchange. If we do not have the exchange item in stock a full refund will be given on the return of the item.
Do you have a free returns policy?
Unfortunately, at the moment we do not offer free returns and cost of returning the goods shall be at the buyers cost.
I want to make a complaint. What do I do?
If you have a complaint for issue with the item you have ordered please contact our customer service team at sales@shorelinebathroomsandtiles.co.uk and we will be happy to assist you. Please have your order number and contact information to hand and if possible send over an image of the breakage or issue and we will respond as soon as possible.
Orders & Delivery
How do I know if my order has been placed?
Once you have completed your order an email will be sent out to the email you provided confirming the order. If you do not receive an order confirmation email then check your junk folder first it may have ended up here, if not then this mean the order has not been processed or the email provided was incorrect. If you are unsure regarding your order confirmation, then please contact sales@shorelinebathroomsandtiles.co.uk and we will be happy to assist you.
How can I track my order?
After your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email notifying you your order is on its way. If you require full tracking please contact us at sales@shorelinebathroomsandtiles.co.uk
Why has my order been cancelled?
We are very sorry if your order has been cancelled but the reasons for this could be due to stock issues, technical issues or payment problems. If the payment has gone through but your order has been cancelled you will receive a refund back to the original payment method, this however could take up to 72 hours. Please contact our customer service team if you have any questions regarding this process and we will be happy to assist you.
What delivery options are available?
At the moment we currently offer standard delivery which means items will be delivered 2-7 business days or express delivery service 2-3 business days at an additional charge.
How much is delivery?
Our standard delivery service 2-7 business days costs £14.95 for orders under £249.99 and free for orders over £250.00.
For express delivery service 2-3 business days the cost £24.95 for orders under £249.99 and £15.95 for orders over £250.00.
How do I cancel an order?
If you want to cancel an order before it has been shipped, please contact sales@shorelinebathroomsandtiles.co.uk and we will be happy to resolve any issues you have.
What do I do if my order is wrong, or I receive a faulty product?
If you receive the wrong item in your order or a faulty item, please contact sales@shorelinebathroomsandtiles.co.uk and we will be happy assist you. Please have your order number and contact details to hand so we can get this issue resolved.
