What delivery options are available?
At the moment we currently offer standard delivery which means items will be delivered 2-7 business days or express delivery service 2-3 business days at an additional charge.
How much is delivery?
Our standard delivery service 2-7 business days costs £14.95 for orders under £249.99 and free for orders over £250.00.
For express delivery service 2-3 business days the cost £24.95 for orders under £249.99 and £15.95 for orders over £250.00.
How to track your order?
After your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email notifying you your order is on its way. Your tracking number will be included in this email so that you are able to track your parcel. If you have an account with us then login into your account, visit My Account and you are able to also view the status of your order as well as the tracking information.
How do I cancel an order?
If you want to cancel an order before it has been shipped, please contact sales@shorelinebathroomsandtiles.co.uk and we will be happy to resolve any issues you have.
